30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, and include all original packaging and accessories.

Before returning any product, please contact our support team to obtain return authorization and return instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return Process

Once your return is approved, the product must be shipped back to our designated warehouse.
After we receive the returned item, our team will perform an inspection to confirm the condition of the product.

Refunds

After the returned item has been received and successfully inspected, we will issue a full refund to your original method of payment.
Refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days after inspection is completed. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to a confirmed product defect or shipping error, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that show signs of use, damage, modification, or are missing original accessories or packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
